If you’re having trouble completing the registration process to activate your account, make sure:
You have an active SIM card in your phone for the phone number you want to register and be able to receive SMS or phone calls.
You've entered your phone number correctly in full international format. It can take up to 24 hours to receive a code after requesting one.
You have a good Internet connection. If you’re abroad, you must be able to receive international SMS and/or phone calls. If you're abroad and roaming, keep in mind that this might incur extra charges.
You've turned off all task killers and blockers, such as Advanced Task Killer or Handcent Next SMS.
If you’ve met all the requirements listed above, try to:
Update Grapherex to the latest version available.
Connect to a different network and try again.
Move to a different location to get a cellular connection.
