Close my account


Before you close your account:

  • Make sure you withdraw all the funds from the Grapherex wallets.

  • All pending transactions must be complete.

  • Download reports for tax or accounting purposes.

  • Resolve any owed balance

Please make sure, closing your account is permanent. If you wish to open an account the future, you will need to create a new one.

To close your account:

  1. Sign in to your Grapherex account.

  2. Go to your Profile information.

  3. Select "Delete Account" and follow the prompts.
