How to verify my identity on Grapherex?
Grapherex requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for legal compliance and fraud prevention.
Please note that the Grapherex account will have limited functionalities until the identity verification process is completed.
To verify your identity:
Access the Grapherex mobile app and sign in.
If you can’t sign in, you may be able to take steps to resolve the issue.
Go to Document Verification page and follow the on-screen instructions.
Make sure the information on your documents matches your current account details.
For a selfie video, make sure your microphone is turned on while recording and follow the in-app instructions.
Usually, we accept a government-issued ID with a photo. This may be a passport, a driving licence, or a national identity card. Whichever document you pick, it must be within its expiry period.
